- Windows Mobile Smartphone
- Internet access for your device (Wi-Fi, EDGE, EV-DO, 3G, etc.)
- Exchange Server Information (Obtained from Administrator)

Press the 'Start' softkey in the Home Screen of your Windows Mobile Smartphone. 2
Locate and open the 'Messaging' option int the menu of your handset. 3
Navigate and open the 'New E-mail Account' option. 4
Create a new email account 5
Now you need to put in your Exchange-based E-mail address in the prompt.6
Before you can proceed you may need to disable the 'Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the Internet' option.7
To proceed Click on the 'Next' softkey.8
Then select the 'Exchange Server" option9
CPress the 'Next' softkey to confirm the selection to use 'Outlook with Exchange' 10
Enter the address for your Exchange Server in the 'Server address' prompt.11
Press the 'Next' softkey to enter your user information (username, password, and domain)12
Press the 'Finish' softkey and select the data you would like to synchronize with the Exchange Server (Contacts, Calendar, E-mail, Tasks).13
Wait for a few as the synchronization process will be underway14
Your Inbox will be displayed once synchronization is complete

- You can access your Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks can be accessed via the Start Menu.
