- Located at an AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspot
- BlackBerry Bold

Wi-Fi must first be turned on before a connection to an AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot can be made. To do this, simply scroll to the Manage Connections icon and press the trackball in to select it.

Then scroll to the Wi-Fi checkbox and press the trackball in to turn it on.

Now you should verify the connection status displays to see if the RIM BlackBerry Bold Wi-Fi network connection is turned on. 4
Scroll to Browser icon (and press the trackball in to select it. 5
Verify Wi-Fi indicator displays at top of browser. If the indicator is present then you have successfully connected to an AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot on a BlackBerry Bold.
Tips & Warnings
- The AT&T Wi-Fi service only works with the BlackBerry browser, not MEdia Net.
- While connected to an AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot, the BlackBerry browser and E-mail will default to transmit over the Wi-Fi network.
