Turn off WiFi when not in use. Touch the applications tab, followed by touching Settings, Wireless & networks, and Wi-FI. WiFi is disabled when the green check mark is absent. 2
Adjust display settings to maximize battery life. Touch the applications tab, followed by touching Settings, and Sound & display. You may proceed to adjust the Orientation, Animation, Brightness and Screen timeout settings for the screen.3
Use tone notification because it uses less power than the vibrate notification. To disable vibrate notification simply touch the applications tab, followed by touching Settings, and Phone vibrate. Remove the green check mark to disable the feature. 4
Disable satellite GPS. Simply ouch the applications tab, followed by touching Settings,Location & security and Use GPS satellites. The absence of the green check mark means the feature is disabled5
Bluetooth also consume plenty of power so it would be best to disable it when not in use. Go to applications tab, followed by touching Settings, Wireless & networks, Bluetooth settings and Bluetooth, Again, the absence of the green check mark means the feature is disabled.
