The new Samsung Galaxy S III is compatible with the Dropbox cloud storage service. This application allows users to save and share files with others. Files save to a Dropbox folder automatically synchronise with the web server and any other computers that have Dropbox installed.

Things You'll Need:

  • Dropbox account
  • Internet access

Select Dropbox in the application list and then tap Start

Choose I’m already a Dropbox user if you already have an account. Tap I’m new to Dropbox if you wish to create an account.

Enter an email address and password, and then select Log in. Then tap Next.

Select Turn on to automatically upload photos and videos captured by the camera on your Galaxy S III. You have now set-up Dropbox on your phone.

To upload files to your folder, select Dropbox in the application list

Tap and choose Photos or videos or Other files

Choose the files you wish to upload and select Dropbox → a folder.

Touch Upload and the files in the folder will be added to the web server and your computer at home.
