- Motorola DROID
- Mail server address
- Domain name
- Whether your company or email provider requires an encrypted (SSL) connection to the mail server
- username and password

Begin by touching the Email icon from the the Applications Menu of the Motorola DROID. 2
Type in your email address and password. If you want this to be your default email account then check the box. 3
Touch Next to proceed.4
Continue by touch Exchange Account.5
Enter your Exchange Server information and touch Next.

Wait as the Motorola DROID phone checks for the incoming server settings.7
The Account Options screen will appear if everything is correctly. You will then be allowed to customize the account settings.8
Enter the name for the account that will be displayed on outgoing messages.9
Touch Done when complete and you have successfully set up Microsoft Exchange email on the Motorola DROID
