- BlackBerry Samrtphone
- Wireless connection
- USB 2.0 cable
- desktop manager
- Computer

The first thing you need to do is to connect the BlackBerry Smartphone to a PC. You can do this by using a wireless connection or a USB cable. 2
Open the desktop manager on your computer. 3
Find the "Intellisync" icon and click it twice. 4
Wait for the pop-up window to appear. This will give you more options on managing your BlackBerry Smartphone calendar. 5
In the pop-up window, choose the "Synchronize Now" section6
Then check the "Synchronize PIM" box 7
Once you are sure that you have selected the correct options, you may click the "Synchronize Now" option.8
Wait until the synchronization process is complete9
