If a notification message for this upgrade have been received, then choose Download 2
Then select Install now3
The Atrix 2 will then re-start automatically after the software is installed. It is now upgraded with v55.13.25 software4
If you have not received a notification message for this upgrade, then follow these steps. Tap the Settings icon in the main menu and then select About phone. Or Menu->Settings->About phone5
Touch System updates and a message will display the availability of an update. At this point your phone should be connected to a Wi-Fi network6
Tap Download and select Install after the software is downloaded 7
The Atrix 2 will then re-start automatically after the software is installed. It is now upgraded with v55.13.25 software
Tips & Warnings
- For a successful installation, install this upgrade while the battery in your phone is at least 50% charged. Make sure you have an active SIM card installed in your phone.
- This upgrade can only be downloaded over a Wi-Fi network. If the device loses Wi-Fi coverage, the download will resume once the device gets a Wi-Fi connection again.
