- Latest firmware update

Restore your iPhone by plugging it in your computer. Then launch iTunes and clicking on "Restore" in the main menu 2
Your iPhone has now been restored to its default settings and its memory is now clean. Now, You should allow iTunes to launch. 3
You will receive a notification from Tunes in the form of a pop-up message that informs you of an available firmware upgrade available. 4
Allow iTunes to install the firmware upgrade on your iPhone5
Wait until the firmware process is complete and iTunes notifies you that is safe to disconnect your device from the PC 6
Unplug your iPhone from the computer.
