Download the AT&T's free Communication Manager software. 2
Install the communication Manager software on your phone3
Connect the phone to your PC via USB. Depending on your phone, enabling the modem feature may be required before linking to a PC can be made possible. 4
Tn the Search field enter "phone as modem" + your phone model and press Enter5
Launch the Communication Manager app and click Connect in the setup box after the AT&T software identifies your device

- The charge for AT&^'s Phone-as-Modem Service is lower if you have an AT&T voice plan
- AT&T charges $60 a month for its Phone-as-Modem Service($40 for supporting use of a standard cell as a modem, and $20 for providing unlimited Media Net access)
