Locate and click on the E-mail icon on the Menu of your BlackBerry. This icon is usually located on the left side of you Smartphone's screen.2
Open the Message Inbox of your BlackBerry Smartphone 3
Choose the e-mail message with file attachments you want to open4
Then select the Options button from the Email menu. 5
Then click on the "Open Attachment" option from the menu.6
Select the email file attachment you need to view.7
Choose the Select Retrieve option from the menu 8
Wait as the file you want to view is being download.9
You can view the file after the download is complete
