Coming from V3, the Motorola RAZR V3xx is definitely a winner! There are a lot of great things about this phone that I like, such as the super fast interface and the 60MB built-in memory. Wonderfully, the V3xx includes an EXTERNAL KEY LOCK ? you have an option to select the outer keys locking in 2,4,8 seconds, manually, or not at all. Also volume is excellent! Earpiece speaker is flawless and loud.

PROS:
-Awesome size, shape and sleek look
- Easy to use and fast OS
-stunning QVGA screen
-Roomy keyboard for dialing and texting
-Great camera quality
-Phone memory is big
-Media player
-High-speed internet
-Signal strength is magnificent
-Loud earpiece with great call quality
-Helpful tools, features and extras
-Customizable

CONS:
-Dim outside screen in contrast to inside
-The smart keys are located at the top hinge

Overall, the RAZR V3xx meets all my mobile needs. I would definitely recommend it to everybody.
