01234 Nokia 2600 My Mother's Phone, Monday, December 15, 2008 - 02:54

My mother uses Nokia 2600 for almost six months now and the unit still looks brandnew. It still looks the same as she bought it.

Two reasons I love most in this phone:
(1.)it's weight ( because it is very light), and
(2.)the price (because it is somehow cheap)

The only flaw with Nokia 2600 is the non expandable memory because it doesn't have a card slot. The built in 10 mb memory is insufficient for me. But for my mother, this phone is just fine, anyway she uses the phone for call and text purposes only. No need for expansion of memory.

01234 I hate this phone, Friday, February 27, 2009 - 16:19

This phone is very confusing to program and not intuitive at all. The owner's manual has no category for volume control. There are no side volume controls on this phone. I cannot hear most of the time and I have gone through every screen and cannot figure out how to adjust it. I had a Samsung before (switched carriers) and it was a great phone but of course it was proprietary to Sprint and won't work with ATT. I am still searching for a phone that will be as good as the Samsung.
