The Samsung BlackJack II SGH-i617 is by far the BEST phone I got from AT&T! This is my first smart-phone, so it took me a while to get used to it. After customizing the main screen and light settings to make my battery last longer, and setting up shortcuts, I was very happy with this phone.

PROS:

- Stylish and beautiful design
- Big display screen
- Loud ringers and notifications
- Many customization options
- Excellent call quality and volume
- Great reception for both 3G and 2G
- Can turn off 3G if you want to save battery
- Center scroll opposed to jog dial
- More internal memory
- windows mobile 6
- Good battery life up to now
- not as costly as other smart phones
- easy to set up many email accounts

CONS:

- Camera takes great shots outside but inside is smudgy. Depends on lightning I guess.
- Build quality could be improved
- Rotating wheel could be built enhanced

Overall, the Samsung BlackJack II is a great and functional phone. Perfect for business need. I love it.
