Samsung Saga I770

I've been using the Samsung Saga i770 for a week now. It's my first Smartphone and I'm certainly impressed and satisfied with my purchase. It is slim, lightweight, high resolution display and 2-megapixel camera, fast Rev. A data, global roaming, and a nice optical mouse. The QWERTY keyboard is a breeze to text. The Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro and internet browser works great, the stylus-based touchscreen is flawless, plus a Wi-Fi support. I think the Samsung Saga i770 is almost perfect Windows Mobile Phone!

- Optical mouse is accurate and responsive, d-pad feels firm and quick to respond
- Connected easily to my WPA-AES home network
- Excellent feedback on keyboard
- Great QWERTY keyboard layout

Cons:

- No sound or ringer option
- No camera flash
- Battery life could be better

This is my best Windows Mobile 6.1 experience which made things a lot easier for me. The optical-mouse is a wonderful and useful navigation tool that a lot of other phones don't have. Perfect for business needs. Get your work done on the go anywhere you are. The Samsung Saga has satisfied my needs well.

This is a phone that is great for the business user. It has the right features 3G, GPS, Wi-fi and a good camera. If you are looking for a good namebrand and you a going against mainstream this may be the phone for you. The saga uses windows mobile. Unfortunately I am very partial to this OS mainly because I stopped programming in when the Apple IIe went out of style. If you are unaware of what the Apple IIe is then you will have no idea that we used to use cassettes for programming. This phone has more capabilities then I saw in second grade. I don't know that this is your entry level smartphone but it will be fairly easy to use because of windows. I think that there are several more applications on the other OS systems but Samsung makes a good phone and they have a good reputation.

The Samsung Saga i770 is a fantastic phone. I love the Windows Mobile 6 which works perfectly awesome. It's thin, light, has a high resolution display and camera, fast OS, global roaming, plus an optical mouse which is wonderful. You have a choice to either use stylus or touch screen. Makes navigating this phone enjoyable. The keyboard is easy to use and backlit.
