The 4.1 resistive (mainly for handwriting recognition) screen is a great feature so you can read or write documents like word, excel and powerpoint presentations. This phone is more for the business world, unfortunately, the phone doesn't have a second camera so you can't use a video phone call. The 3.2 MP cannot stand on dim surroundings as well coz the phone incorporates no flash. The phone runs on windows mobile OS, one of the sluggiest OS's on mobile phones.
